We just got back from New Orleans. We went there for a couple of days to see Miguel's sister. While we were there we saw some Zephyrs games. The Zephyrs are the Mets minor league team. They played the Las Vegas 51s who are the LA Dodgers minor league team.
We are Dodger fans, so much to Claudia's chagrin....we had to cheer for the 51s.
We got to go to some of our favorite restaurants while we were in New Orleans like Serrano's and Crazy Johnnie's. YUM!!!
We missed Tropical Storm Edouard (is that spelled right? why couldn't they spell it Edward?!?) while we were away and I'm happy to say it only looks like it rained while we were gone. Although, there were some remnants of the storm on our drive back......Nice, huh?
